Veggie Bomb Chili (Instant Pot or Stovetop) This “dump and stir” recipe is a delicious and balanced one-pot meal that comes together quickly in the Instant Pot *. It takes a little longer on the stovetop, but is just as easy! Enjoy it as-is, or garnish with sour cream, shredded cheese, and/or corn chips.
